Get in My Belly: Rejection Cookies

These cookies are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth, and the best part is that you can freeze them for later...if they last the night <--(Good luck with that).

Rejection Cookies:

1 ½ C all-purpose flour ½ C pastry flour
½ C vanilla pudding powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

1 C (room temperature) butter
1 ½ C (firmly packed) brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs

Flour mixture to wet mix (beat in slowly)

2 packages (2+ Cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

In oven at 400'F for 6-7 minutes. The edges of the cookies (size = 2 TBSP) will be brown but centre is still pale and uncooked.
Let cookies cool on pan for 5-7 minutes then transfer with a spatula. Enjoy!
