When one wakes up and doesn't know what one is doing, one may consider writing about a person who wakes up and does know...and what they do with that knowing. Or perhaps that person is in the same situation, or a completely different one.
That is the beauty, of course, of writing.
If you write, you are a writer. Allow yourself that title. Relish in it. When you are not writing, you are whatever you are doing in the moment, or whatever you are not doing...but always know that you have it in you to write.
In this instance, it warrants saying that it's best to just write. It's all that's to be done for the situation.
You have that itchy need that demands you write -- demands until no part of you can sit still and all you want is Story. Cacoethes scribendi. If you have a pen in hand, you are right where you belong.
