Get in My Belly: Kale and Red Chard Chips

I'm certainly a mood eater and definitely a texture eater. When I want food with a crunch, I usually turn to chips or a dish with panko. My sister recently turned me onto what has quickly become my favourite crunchy-munchy snack: leafy green chips. You can use kale or red chard for this quick and easy recipe.

kale and/ or red chard
olive oil
sesame seeds
(or sprinkled topping of your choice)

To make:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Wash leafy greens
Thoroughly dry leafy greens
Cut leafy greens to bite-size pieces (for both greens, take out the big central "veins")
Put leafy greens in bowl with a bit of olive oil, salt, and sesame seeds
Place leafy greens on pan
Put in oven for four minutes
Take out of oven
Eat, enjoy, and save me some :)

Result: Delicious
